Luis believes that the economical growth of Panama translates into good opportunities to every Panamanian. He believes that parents should take care of their kids and provide them with proper education, tools for doing their school tasks and tasty food. He is an enthusiastic person I met a couple of days ago during a photowalk around La Central, Salsipuedes and Casco Viejo in Panama City.
