Balconies in Casco Viejo have a character of their own, in part because of their history and their resistance to the passage of time. If you project your thoughts to a previous era, you can start recreating different situations that may have taken place: people standing there talking, looking down, kids running or playing, workers taking a nap, nuns in contemplation...
