Banco de Guatemala

Posted by Alfredo J. Martiz J. (Panama City, Panama) on 11 July 2009 in Architecture.

This photo emphasize the abstract mural created by Roberto González Goyri, in the period of 1964-1965. This mural was made of concrete with a height of 40 m, divided into three segments, each of 7.21 m of width. It is impressive the evolving character of the abstract elements of the composition, reminiscent of Mayan art, with the changing and fluid condition of light through the day.
