Very unusual technique. I'm trying to reverse engineer it. So far, i think you probably HDRed or toned mapped the sky, maybe you did lucis filter (there is a tiny bit of colour banding around the metal poles). Some cross processing is also present. But i wonder how you made green that colour, and green umbrella is super neat. I like this image a lot. Well done.

@Katie: Thank you very much Katie, I did HDR processing exporting different exposures of a single file, after that I made some adjustments to improve the contrast, saturation and added the toning to give it the feeling of cross processing, I didn't Lucis filtered this photo. =)

This is great - at first, there's nothing special about this shot, but the contrast in the texture and colors between the boardwalk, the grass and the sky is really appealing. It is wonderfully framed too.
