Static Dynamism

Posted by Alfredo J. Martiz J. (Panama City, Panama) on 6 November 2007 in Abstract & Conceptual.

Frozen, paralyzed, still; different words that have the same connotation of being static, motionless. Bubbles trapped inside a glass ball, forever deprived of movement, struggling for freedom from a prison created by an artist. Static yet dynamic, delicate traces of their motion forever captured and visible for our delight. A static world, keeper of the memory of a time of constant change, dynamism.
