What happened after the photo I presented yesterday was not so nice, I got really tired, my body was lacking oxygen, It was dark so I didn't make photos and I could not think about that at all, I was so tired the only thing I was thinking about was to arrive to the hut, but I started to have some problems to walk, my legs were hurting. Thanks to Miguel and Ana Teresa who helped me to continue, Thanks to Marcel and Hanna for carrying the Tripod and the Camera.
I had to stay in a different hut because I needed to take a rest, my friends made it to the reserved hut. I had dinner and went to sleep around 21:00. I am sorry I cannot show you photos of how you spend the night in those huts (my friends helped me by carrying my camera) you only have a space of 80 cm by 190 cm to sleep and it is really crowded. Around 1:00 I woke up and around 1:30 I got ready to continue to the hut where my friends stayed, I joined a group of japanese to continue and I got really surprised because around that time a lot of people were walking to the top. I joined my friends around 2:30 and then we continued our way to the top, it was around 3:00 when we started to walk to the top.
After the exhausting way, we were blessed with this beautiful sunrise, people stopped walking just to admire, many people started to take out the cameras to make photos. It was really cold (I remember one guy said that the temperature was around 8 °C) but as the sun was coming out the scene was filled with a warm and peaceful feeling, as I said yesterday, We made a visit to Heaven!
A new week begins, I wish you a wonderful week, let this sunrise fill your week with wonderful moments.
Fuji-San. August 18th, 2007. -Previously in the Journey to Fuji-san- 18:07 - Alfredo made the photo of a beautiful sky. Around 19:00 - Alfredo got really tired, Marcel and Hanna helped him by taking the Camera and Tripod 19:30 - Alfredo got to the point of almost not being able to walk, Ana Teresa and Miguel helped him. Around 20:00 - We got to a hut and asked if I could stay there, the reply was No. Around 20:20 - We arrived to another hut and asked again if I could stay there, they accepted. 20:45 - I had dinner 21:00 - Went to sleep Around 1:00 - I woke up 1:30 - I joined a group of Japanese and continued the journey to the top. My friends were resting in a different hut 2:30 - I arrived to the hut where my friends stayed. The name of the hut is Tomoe-kan Hut in the original 8th station, the altitude was around 3360m. I had a nice cup of Hot Cocoa, =) Around 3:00 - The group continued the journey to the top 4:55 - Time when I made this photo, we were getting closer to the top. We stopped to admire this beautiful moment, it was also a nice rest. We were blessed with this!

Sounds difficult, but it's a beautiful image, and is so well presented. By the way, was it taken with the Sigma 18-20mm that I see in your profile photo? I ask because I have it too, and it's hardly ever off the camera.

@Andrew Gould: Thank you very much Andrew, this photo was made using the Sigma 18-200 mm, its the only lens I have right now and I think its a great one, I will like to buy other lenses but I have to decide which one, =)
Beautiful sunset. I like all of your sunset and sunrise pics! This one is great also, love the tones, especialmente la degradación de tonos naranjas y amarillos y del azul del cielo. wow!

@paperdoll: Thank you very much Paperdoll!
wonderfull journey .. it's really odd that you see how beautifull it is only when you feel relaxed and you can be lucid. I also pushed my walking performance to a limit (i didn't faint .. haha .. it was not that bad as in your case) and on the course i looked at the scenery only to record it in my mind so now i can say it was wonderfull :P *long comm, but i felt inspired by the coincidence of the situation .. and the group was... me and a friend :O
