Lunch Time

This is a photo from a visit to Mount Tsukuba last year, it was around noon and I saw this group of people from India gathering and making preparations for lunch. This moment brought back memories of the times spent with my family, when we gathered to have a wonderful day together.

I don't know why (and evocations are always subjective), but this photo remins me of a film by Katsuhito Ishii: the perfect frame, the neatness, the colors (so pastel and yet so powerful), the gathering, the sense of home...

I love the Japanese names!! It's why I read so many mangas! I love the name of that place, it sounds very poetic to a french ear! The signs if the written words are like an art for europeans!
This look like a touristic place with the little shop of souvenirs. Nice photo, I love to see all those details!
