Punta Paitilla

Posted by Alfredo J. Martiz J. (Panama City, Panama) on 7 June 2007 in Cityscape & Urban.

This Photo is from the year 2006, some months before coming to Tokyo. By that time I decided to make some photos of Panama City in order to be able to show them to my Sensei, classmates and new friends. By that time I was also getting ready for a new episode of my life, far away from a small country called Panama, and during that time I was not doing photography that much, that came with the new episode.
In this photo you can see one sector of Panama City known as Punta Paitilla. Most of this development started during the 80's and continued in the 90's, even today there are projects under construction.
Most of the apartments in this part of the city are expensive and people with high income live there, but recently they started to move to new places where many high rise residential towers are being designed and constructed.
