Newspaper Reader

It is common to see some Vietnamese taking their time, relaxing or reading newspapers and sitting on their motorbikes, getting ready to offer you their Moto Taxi service. I saw this guy everyday in the same place, doing the same thing at the same time, he was always waiting and reading a newspaper, one day he gave me a ride to a Pizza Restaurant near the hotel but it was closed.
