Summer Time!

After a long time of walking around Chinatown, we decided to find a nice spot to watch the special event of the day, thousands of people were already on the wait for this moment. It was almost impossible to find a nice spot, everywhere was crowded. Nobody wanted to miss the hanabi, seeing all the people gathering brought the memories of nice times with the family and friends in the beach, sitting in the sand and sharing beautiful experiences. This time the location was near the sea but the context was quite contradictory, the use of an industrial site, so cold and lifeless turned into a magical place full of life, happiness and gave shelter to an incredible summer experience.

That title brings memories of the "Beach Boys" lol! I agree with you, definitely bringing life to a lifeless place. But what I don't get is... why are people here? Is it some kind of summer festival? Don't they have some other place to go? I like the pic's colors, cause there is this greenish tone in the building that brings "coldness" to the pic. But the people aren't wearing these vivid colors (yellow, lime green, pink prendío, etc.) that would make a big contrast with the building. So, when I see this pic, the first impression that comes to my mind is: "cold", although it's summer. Maybe I'm also getting this impression from taking a look at the grey sky. Where did the sun go?

@paperdoll: Thank you paperdoll, They were waiting for the fireworks, I remember that day was grey, I was trying to call the sun but he was not answering... =)
