Shinto Wedding (II)

After the Shinto wedding procession, they grouped for a family and friends photo; when I saw them gathering for this, I got this classic family group photos mood so I tried to capture that. Photo from a visit to Meiji-jingu Shrine.

Lovely. The fact they are all looking elsewhere gives the photo a nice feel - it's about the situation , not a 'wedding photo'.

One for the family album here Alfredo? Lovely capture. The bride's outfit here reminds me of Amidala's in Star Wars. Exquisitely beautiful, and a great shot with lovely tones. You've really captured the serious mood of Japanese weddings.

Sorry I've not been around much recently. Been down for about 10 days with a virus thats been going around. Been struggling just to make a post everyday. Thanks for your regular visits. Much appreciated.

I think the tone you chose for the pic is excellent. It gives the shot a degree of solemnity that otherwise wouldn't have. I think it would also look nice in sepia - it would look rather old, but nice.
