This photo is of a window from the House of Koide, 1925. The house was designed by the Architect Sutemi Horiguchi, a leader in the modernism movement in Japan. Photo from a visit to the Edo-Tokyo Tatemonoen.

A pic worthy of being in a photo expo. You look at it, look back at it, and again look back at it. You are just amazed at the beauty of the lines, the almost perfection of the shot itself. I would like to have one of these type of windows in my house. Btw, I have the perfect song for this pic: "Windowpane" from Opeth. =)
