This is a photo of what used to be the Tokiwadai Photo Studio in 1937, this photo is from a visit to the Edo-Tokyo Tatemonoen which is an Open-air Architectural Museum.

Wonderful photo Alfredo! It is so beautifully captured! Oh, but that I would have such a beautiful space for portraits. Used to be my forte, but now longer have the lights or the room. This pic is sooo great fred! I loved that you made it a black and white shot cause you can appreciate a little more the "old"(?) stuff. I wonder how it would look in sepia... La iluminación es casi perfecta. Puedes observar los pequeños y sutiles detalles de la tela que está detrás de la silla, pero sin dejar de lado el tema de toda la pic, que es en sí "la fotografía de antaño" - o me imagino q ese es el tema, right? Las sombras que proyectan los objetos también le dan un toque especial a la fotografía en general. Yo no se mucho de iluminación o de fotografía... pero esta foto me encantó. ++ =)
