It was a beautiful day, we were walking around Kitano in Kobe and we saw this painter, concentrated in his work; drawing and giving a touch of color to the canvas, just enjoying and expressing his feelings. We talked for a while and I bought one of his small paintings. This photo is dedicated to him!

More often than not I don't think people use selective colouring in the right way the result being overly-processed images. You've used it to great effect however, the subject here lends itself over to this kind of post-processing-style. Very nicely done indeed!
