A Change of Seasons

Picture yourself walking around Ginza, Tokyo's most famous upmarket shopping, dining and entertainment district. It is a winter day, the temperature is around 5 °C, you are watching the people, buildings, shops, etc.; suddenly you turn slowly to your left and you become a spectator, you carefully observe how a Japanese lady starts to take off her long winter coat and the only thing she is wearing under is a Bikini. I guess summer arrived earlier this year!

i could sense that, even if the lady in bikini is the main focus of the photo, there is still something going on in the background.
why is she holding a sign and what does it say?

Great shot! The model is beautiful; but, the expressions on some of the faces in the background is priceless!

Great shot; I'd consider cropping out the "Adidas" ad in the top right as it doesn't add to the photo; just distracts.

However, I love the composition in terms of how the background is just as interesting (well, okay not JUST as interesting haha) as the forground.

This is my first visit to your blog, I really liked all your pictures. This may not be the one I prefer from an esthetical point of view, however I like it a lot because it is so frustrating : the viewer (at least in my case) is dying to know what she is advertising about. Stop killing whales? Propaganda for a shop? Big mystery...
